Register Efaas Account

If you do not possess an eFas account, click the "create an eFas account" button and register the account in your name. You can log in after clicking the efus button.

submission of new application

New licensees are the first to select "Theory Exam" for services.

Enter the SIMS portal and click the "Submit a New Application" button.

Select "Theory Exam (LAND)" and select "Create New Application."

Save the form which includes the date of driving after taking the "GDH Atoll Council" for the "Exam Centre."

Upload and save a passport-sized photo (to immigration standards) into the Supporting Documents tab.

Theory Exam Fee

The service may incur a charge of MVR 200 as an administrative fee and MVR 200 as a transport ministry fee.

The mobile number provided in the application will receive a message with the details of the amount collected from the Council's number 7931032.

Upon payment of the administrative fee, you will receive a message on the mobile number where you submitted a link to pay the transport ministry.

scheduling for theory exam

Upon making the payment, you will receive a message containing the date and time of the theory examination.

In the event that you do not succeed in the theory examination,you may re-submit it through the SIMS portal for a second attempt

Submitting an application for the practical examination

Upon successfully completing the theoretical examination, candidates may register for the practical exam via the SIMS portal. Please bring a two-wheeled vehicle if you intend to ride. Additionally, should you need to submit a different vehicle, please ensure another two-wheeled vehicle is provided.

Fee for the practical examination

Upon verification of the application, a message will be sent to the mobile number provided with a link to facilitate payment to the transport ministry.

Practical driving

Upon completion of the payment, you will receive the date and time for the practical exam via mobile notification.

Issuing licenses.

after successfully completating the practical examination and submitted the application for the category of driving apply for the 'Driving New License' must be submitted for licensing purposes

Service Completion

Users can view their license by going to the 'My License' section on the SIMS portal.

If you wish to print your license, you can obtain a card for 150/- from this Council.
